Traditional Turkish sweets “Sarı Burma”
Just imagine: A very thin dough (phyllo dough) filled with lots of pistachios
You roll it up and twist both ends to make a “Burman (twisted) shape”
You bake it in the oven until it’s crispy, and at the end, you pour lots of warm syrup over it~

Crispy on the outside, full of nuts on the inside!
Sweet but not heavy, you can eat it all in one go
It’s a bit like baklava, but it’s lighter, longer, and looks more stylish
